Where We Ship
We currently ship anywhere within the United States.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
All orders are insured for the value of the items purchased.
Processing Time
When all items are in stock, orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. If this timeframe is not possible, it will be clearly indicated when placing your order.
If you choose expedited shipping, we will ship your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Time & Delivery
It is very important to us that your gifts arrive on time. Once your order has been shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, delivery is managed by the selected courier. You will receive corresponding tracking details once your order ships.
Please note that we are unable to assume responsibility for delays that occur during courier transit.
*When choosing expedited shipping, please keep in mind that courier delivery estimates are based on business days. Weekend delivery is not guaranteed, even if shown at checkout. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday.
Delayed Orders
We cannot take responsibility for shipping delays caused by the courier once the order is in transit.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please confirm that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs required to resend the order. We are not responsible for lost shipments resulting from inaccurate address information provided at checkout.
